Regional Sales Manager - Southwest Region

Job Summary:
1.Identify and develop new business, prepare proposals, negotiate prices and perform account management with existing business base. 2.Maintain customer records, sales forecasts and publish call reports. 3.Meet of exceed the financial/sales goals for Fairfield Manufacturing 4.Account management- especially large accounts 5.Representative training and development 6.Monitor and drive daily and monthly sales for Fairfield Manufacturing Co. Inc 7.Build Sales Management Team and Sales Team

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent in experience. Degree in Engineering preferred. 2.Minimum of three years direct sales experience 3.Highly self motivated and results oriented individual 4.Selling, negotiations and closing skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels or an organization. 5.Professional verbal and written communications skills 6.Experience in mobile equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic fluid power and power transmission markets or related experience with similar technical products. 7.Direct related experience in gears and gear boxes a plus. 8.Familiar with Microsoft Office products
