    Job Summary:

    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent in experience. Degree in Engineering preferred. 2.Minimum of three years direct sales experience 3.Highly self motivated and results oriented individual 4.Selling, negotiations and closing skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels or an organization. 5.Professional verbal and written communications skills 6.Experience in mobile equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic fluid power and power transmission markets or related experience with similar technical products. 7.Direct related experience in gears and gear boxes a plus. 8.Familiar with Microsoft Office products

    Materials Process Engineer

    Job Summary:
    Major Responsibility – Serve as the primary technical resource involving all matters related to product painting, packaging, and preservation. Position Requirements: •Paint Processes – Interpret and understand customer and industry standards. Establish and maintain procedures, processes and systems to control all aspects of preparation, masking, and wet-on-dry painting process for gearbox assemblies. •Packaging Processes – Establish and maintain specifications for packaging of gear components and assemblies using both returnable and non-returnable containers for delivery to both domestic and international shipping destinations. •Preservation – Establish and maintain methods & products to effectively preserve product during internal processing, delivery to its intended destination, and subsequent storage. •Cleanliness – Interpret and understand customer and industry standards for product cleanliness. Establish and maintain systems and procedures for meeting cleanliness requirements of gear components and assemblies in preparation for processes such as heat treatment, plating, coating, non-destructive testing, assembly, painting, and shipping. •Material Handling – Establish and maintain effective standards for material handing and movement during internal processing.

    Qualifications:
    Preferred Experience: All Technical aspects of wet on dry painting of steel products, packaging of large, heavy products, cleanliness & preservation of steel products. Education: 4 year technical degree or equivalent in experience

    Temp to perm Supply Chain

    Job Summary:
    This candidate will be in charge of a Shanghai-China sourcing team. Day to day activities include but not limited to all aspects effecting cost, quality, and delivery. This position will start as a contract position in the USA for 3 months for training then move permanently upon successful completion to Shanghai. Primary Responsibilities: 1.Market research of new suppliers in China for Forgings, Castings, Bearings, and Machined Components 2.Quote these market studied suppliers and audit the advantageous ones. 3.25-30% travel will be required while in China. 4.Must have the ability to communicate with upper level management both external and internal. 5.Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in purchasing environment management 6.Must have the ability to work in a team atmosphere.

    Qualifications:
    1.BS/BA degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, MBA or Supply Chain influence. 2.Must be native Chinese speaking (mandarin) 3.Must be fluent in English 4.Must have Industry experience in manufacturing specifically in one of these MINIMUM –Machining, Forging, Casting. *This position if successful will turn into a full time position in our Shanghai office

    AS/400 APPLICATION PROGRAMMER

    Job Summary:
    Interfaces with other IS areas and end-users in most phases of software development. Provide production support of existing systems. Develop solutions that provide cost benefits for the end-user and the company. Communicate effectively with IS management, users and vendors. Assist in design of business applications. Design, code and document software in the appropriate language using standard techniques. Modify existing programs and documentation as necessary to meet user requirements. Provide Assistance for team members in the development and implementation of business solutions.

    Qualifications:
    * Associate degree in computer science, or related field. * 3 - 5 years experience in a programming environment (RPG and Visual Basic) preferred, not required. * Prefer knowledge of CL programming and AS/400 quer. * Knowledge of basic accounting principles, warehouse management and inventory control are required. * Demonstrated knowledge of development methods and practices in a multi-platform environment.
