Systems ProgrammerJob Summary:
1.Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.
2.Refine data and format final product
3.Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
4.Write new program code using prescribed specifications
5.Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree and/or three to five years of programming experience
2.Comprehension of company programming procedures and programming languages.
3.Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports, to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
4.Comprehension of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes.
5.Ability to investigate and analyze information, learn and support new systems and applications.

Regional Sales Manager - Southwest RegionJob Summary:
1.Identify and develop new business, prepare proposals, negotiate prices and perform account management with existing business base.
2.Maintain customer records, sales forecasts and publish call reports.
3.Meet of exceed the financial/sales goals for Fairfield Manufacturing
4.Account management- especially large accounts
5.Representative training and development
6.Monitor and drive daily and monthly sales for Fairfield Manufacturing Co. Inc
7.Build Sales Management Team and Sales Team
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent in experience. Degree in Engineering preferred.
2.Minimum of three years direct sales experience
3.Highly self motivated and results oriented individual
4.Selling, negotiations and closing skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels or an organization.
5.Professional verbal and written communications skills
6.Experience in mobile equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic fluid power and power transmission markets or related experience with similar technical products.
7.Direct related experience in gears and gear boxes a plus.
8.Familiar with Microsoft Office products
