Business Systems ProgrammerJob Summary:
Position serves to facilitate and participate in functional activities through all phases of the system development life cycle, to include requirements gathering and analysis, system design and development, testing, and implementation. This position supports users to gather product requirements; guide product architecture and feature design, and produce high-level designs to support the creation of data warehouse or data-mart components. Position may demand the incumbent to act as project manager, when appropriate, for the technical and/or overall aspects of systems implementation. Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or Physical Science.
2.Minimum 5 years experience in a programming environment (RPG and Visual Basic) with 2 years in a systems analyst or similar role.
3.2 years minimum supervisory experience with systems analysis/project leadership, or technical support.
4.The successful candidate will have experience in working closely with end-users and facilitating project meetings as well as expertise in communicating requirements to and working with technical programmers.
5.Position also requires proficiency w/desktop tools (MS Office Suite, MS Project & Visio)
6.Prefer knowledge of CL programming and AS/400 query
7.Proven database administration skills, knowledge of customer and supply chain relationships (EDI, Barcode, MRPII) are desired.
8.Knowledge of basic accounting principles, warehouse management, and inventory control are required.
9.Knowledge of project management methods and practices.
10.Demonstrated knowledge of development methods and practices in a multi-platform environment.
11.Demonstrated experience in working directly with all levels of line staff, analysts, team leaders, and department managers in the client departments and IT organizations in multiple sites and time zones.

Regional Sales Manager - Southwest RegionJob Summary:
1.Identify and develop new business, prepare proposals, negotiate prices and perform account management with existing business base.
2.Maintain customer records, sales forecasts and publish call reports.
3.Meet of exceed the financial/sales goals for Fairfield Manufacturing
4.Account management- especially large accounts
5.Representative training and development
6.Monitor and drive daily and monthly sales for Fairfield Manufacturing Co. Inc
7.Build Sales Management Team and Sales Team
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent in experience. Degree in Engineering preferred.
2.Minimum of three years direct sales experience
3.Highly self motivated and results oriented individual
4.Selling, negotiations and closing skills and ability to influence decision making at all levels or an organization.
5.Professional verbal and written communications skills
6.Experience in mobile equipment, construction machinery, hydraulic fluid power and power transmission markets or related experience with similar technical products.
7.Direct related experience in gears and gear boxes a plus.
8.Familiar with Microsoft Office products
